BBC Two commissions six-part Watson and Oliver sketch show

Following the success of their recent pilot, BBC2 have now commissioned Lorna Watson and Ingrid Oliver to write and star in their own six-part sketch show. It will filmed later this year in front of a studio audience with live and pre-recorded sketches.
Cheryl Taylor, the BBC's controller of comedy commissioning said 'The series commission is a fitting testimony to the passion and hard work of everyone involved'
Head of comedy Mark Freeland added 'Watson and Oliver have a wonderful brand of feelgood, daft comedy. It's so great that this will be seen by a wider audience.
