Kathy is a regular on the London comedy circuit, known for using friendly absurdity to send-up the oddities of people, animals and things. In 2021 Kathy debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe with Objectified, an absurd character comedy show where she brought to life a variety of objects including a paper straw, a wine bottle and an electric scooter. The show was shortlisted for the ISH Newcomer Award, was called ‘charming’ by The Guardian and ‘An equisitely realised, understated delight’ by the Scotsman. She will continue to tour the show in 2024.

Many of Kathy's character skits on Instagram and Tiktok (@kathykathymm) have over 10k views, including Tracey Emin's Flatmate, Londoner in the Countryside and Urban Cycling Man. She was shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Awards 2023, is the Sketch Off Winner 2020, and So You Think You're Funny? Finalist 2021. She also performs as drag king London Cycling Man and was a finalist in Europe’s biggest drag king competition Man Up in 2023.

She also writies and performs as one half of character comedy duo Horseplay with Derek Mitchell. The duo were highly commended for the South of the River & SISTER Screenshot award for TV writing in 2020 and host the regular character comedy night The Horsies.
